By accessing or using All-In Sports, operated by All In Sports ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

All-In Sports provides a comprehensive youth sports platform that enables athletes, coaches, parents, scouts, and organizations to track statistics, manage teams, build athlete profiles, stream games, and connect through recruitment tools.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Users under 18 should use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents can manage their child's account through the parent dashboard.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on the Platform, including athlete profiles, game statistics, highlights, and messages. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information
• Is obscene, defamatory, or offensive
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Contains spam or unsolicited advertising

4.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by All In Sports and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IN SPORTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
